1. What types of shoes does VelourWalk sell? We focus on comfortable, stylish footwear for women (and some unisex styles):

2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these simple options for US orders:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (most popular choice!)
- Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
5. What is your return policy? 30-day return window for unworn shoes with original tags, box, and packaging intact. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return. Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size/style. Full details are on our Returns page.
6. How do I choose the right size? Every product page includes a detailed size chart with US sizing + cm/inch foot length & width measurements. We recommend measuring your foot in the evening (when feet are slightly swollen) and comparing to the chart. If you're between sizes, most customers size up half a size for comfort (especially sneakers, boots, and wider styles). Customer reviews often include very helpful real-life fit notes.
7. Do the shoes run true to size? Are they narrow or wide? Most styles run true to standard US sizing. We clearly note on each product page if a shoe runs narrow, wide, true-to-size, or has wide-fit options. Many pairs feature adjustable features (laces, straps, elastic) or cushioned footbeds for better fit. If unsure, email us your foot measurements — we’ll help recommend the best size.
